摘  要:弓网电弧会严重烧蚀接触线和受电弓滑板,长期作用下可能导致接触线表面不平滑、受电弓滑板遭受侵蚀,从而严重影响弓网受流.文中研究了弓网电弧的温度特征、弓网电弧温度的影响因素以及电弧强度及持续时间对温度的影响.在兰州轨道交通线路列车上使用红外热成像仪及基于光学方法的弓网电弧检测系统,随车进行了4次弓网电弧实时检测试验,共得到172组燃弧数据.对检测电弧数据进行分析发现,弓网电弧的强度和持续时间对电弧温度均呈正相关,随着弓网电弧强度及持续时间的增长,电弧温度呈现升高趋势.文中的研究可为电弧的侵蚀作用研究提供依据,为预测线路弓网服役周期提供参考.The pantograph arc has high temperature characteristics,which will seriously ablate the contact line and pantograph slide plate.Under long-term action,the surface of the contact line will be not smooth,the pantograph slide plate will be eroded,and the current-receiving quality of catenary system will be seriously affected.This paper aims to study the temperature characteristics of pantograph arc,the influencing factors of arc temperature and the mechanism of arc intensity and arc duration on temperature.Using infrared thermal imager and arc detection system based on optical method,four real-time arc detection tests were carried out on Lanzhou rail transit train,and 172 sets of arc burning data were obtained.It is found that arc temperature is positively affected by arc intensity and arc duration,and arc temperature increases with arc intensity and arc duration increasing.The conclusions of this paper can provide a basis for the study of arc erosion and a reference for the service period of a specific line bow network.
