石羊河流域经济-旅游-生态耦合关系研究

摘　　要：从石羊河流域经济、旅游和生态环境3个子系统选取18个指标,运用耦合协调度模型,分析探讨了石羊河流域治理以来经济、旅游和生态环境之间的耦合协调关系及其空间分布格局.结果表明,流域内生态环境改善,旅游业的经济地位得到了显著提升,GDP对于旅游业的依赖程度逐年增加,2009年以来旅游收入依存度年均增长率达26.32%;石羊河流域的经济-旅游-生态环境评价指数、耦合度和耦合协调度总体均呈现上升趋势,年均增长率分别为0.49%,0.17%和0.22%;石羊河流域中游的耦合度和耦合协调度均为最高值,上游耦合度低于下游,但耦合协调度高于下游,表明石羊河流域中游的良性耦合度和协调状况最好,上游次之,下游最差.研究表明石羊河流域生态治理取得了显著成效,流域内经济、旅游和生态环境的协调性逐渐向好发展;但石羊河流域内耦合协调度等级仍属于轻度失调衰退类型,生态环境仍是制约耦合协调度进一步提高的瓶颈.Select 18 indicators from the three subsystems of economy,tourism and ecological environment in Shiyang River basin,and use the coupling coordination degree model to analyze and explore the coupling and coordination relationship between economy,tourism and ecological environment and its spatial distribution pattern since the Shiyang River basin governance pattern.Research results:the ecological environment in the basin has improved,the economic status of the tourism industry has been significantly improved,and the dependence of GDP on the tourism industry has increased year by year.Since 2009,the annual growth rate of tourism income dependence has reached 26.32%.The economic-tourism-ecological environment evaluation index,coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the Shiyang River basin showed an overall upward trend,with an average annual growth rates of 0.49%,0.17%and 0.22%respectively.The middle reaches of the Shiyang River basin both the coupling degree and the coupling coordination degree are the highest.The coupling degree of the upstream is lower than that of the downstream,but the coupling coordination degree is higher than that of downstream.Studies have shown that the ecological management of the Shiyang River basin has achieved remarkable results,and the coordination of economy,tourism and ecological environment in the river basin has gradually improved;however,the degree of coupling coordination in the Shiyang River basin still belongs to the type of mild dysfunction and decline,and the ecological environment is still the bottleneck restricting the further improvement of the degree of coupling and coordination.
