摘 要:针对空间弱小目标跟踪虚警概率高,受噪声影响大等问题,提出基于无线传感人脸识别的空间弱小人体目标跟踪方法。建立基于双向稀疏表示的无线传感人脸识别模型,通过训练图像矩阵,识别图像特征。采用正交匹配追踪法求解无线传感人脸识别模型,通过不断迭代,获取空间弱小人体目标图像的双向稀疏表示。通过粒子滤波观测模型对目标粒子与背景粒子之间的稀疏重构残差差异性进行分析。通过随机估计方法,参考现有的图像数据,更新字典子空间,完成弱小人体目标跟踪。经仿真分析证明:该方法的目标识别率最高为97%;位置跟踪平均误差较低,并且检测概率高,为98%;虚警概率低,为17%。因此,说明该方法能够实现对弱小人体目标的有效跟踪,具备较高的实用价值。Aimed at the problems of high false alarm probability and large influence of noise in space weak and small target tracking,a space weak and small human target tracking method based on wireless sensor face recognition is proposed.A wireless sensor face recognition model is established on the basis of bidirectional sparse representation,and image features are recognized by training image matrix.The orthogonal matching pursuit method is used to solve the wireless sensor face recognition model.Through continuous iteration,the bidirectional sparse representation of spatial weak human target image is obtained.The difference of sparse reconstruction residuals between target particles and background particles is analyzed by particle filter observation model.Through the random estimation method,referring to the existing image data,the dictionary subspace is updated to complete the weak human target tracking.Simulation results show that the target recognition rate of this method is 97%.The average error of position tracking is low,and the detection probability is high,which is 98%.The false alarm probability is low,which is 17%.Therefore,it shows that the proposed method can realize effective tracking of weak and small human targets,which has high application value.
