摘 要:大型机械设备的健康监测是判断设备工况与预估设备工作效能的关键手段之一。为了解决传统机械设备的健康监测装置受限于有线或电池供电而难以进行大面积、分布式安装与长期使用的问题,本文提出一种低功耗的自供电无线状态监测系统。采用磁悬浮的电磁发电结构作为振动俘能器为系统供电,通过设计双电池智能充放电与动态功率管理策略,降低了系统功耗,提高了供电效率及系统可靠性。测试结果表明,本系统能够有效收集并高效分配利用采集到的振动能量,解决了无线监测装置的续航和数据传输问题,实现了对环境振动和温度信息的长期、可靠、实时采集与无线传输,为机械设备健康监测装置的分布式安装与在线监测提供了新方案。Health monitoring of large mechanical equipment is one of the key means to judge the working condition of equipment and predict its working efficiency.Traditional health monitoring devices are difficult for large-area and distributed installation and long-term use due to the wired or battery power supply.A self-powered wireless monitoring system with ultra-low power consumption is proposed.The magnetic levitation based electromagnetic power generator is used as the vibration energy harvester for power supply of the system.The dual-battery intelligent charging and discharging method and dynamic power management strategy are proposed to reduce the system power consumption,and improve power supply efficiency and system reliability.The experimental results show that the system can harvest and distribute energy efficiently,and prolong the service life of wireless monitoring devices.It can realize the data transmission as well,which provides a new scheme for distributed installation and online monitoring of mechanical equipment health monitoring devices.
