摘 要:拱坝混凝土温控措施涉及结构设计、原材料选择、配合比设计、混凝土拌和、运输浇筑养护等方面。传统DBB建设模式下,建设各方更加强调温度控制效果,不注重温控措施的经济性。杨房沟工程采用EPC模式,总承包单位统筹考虑结构设计、原材料采购、混凝土施工等环节,合理设置和调整各环节温控调控措施,在保证混凝土温控效果的基础上,取得较好的经济效益。The temperature control measures of arch dam concrete involve structural design,raw material selection,mix proportion design,concrete mixing,transportation,pouring,maintenance and so on.Under the traditional construction mode DBB,the construction parties pay more attention to the effect of temperature control,but neglect the economy of temperature control measures.Yangfanggou project adopts EPC mode,and the general contracting department considers structural design,raw material procurement,concrete construction and other links as a whole,and reasonably adjusts the implementation intensity of temperature control measures in each link.On the basis of ensuring the temperature control effect of concrete,good economic benefits have been achieved.It provides reference for the optimization of temperature control measures for arch dam concrete of similar engineering.
