摘  要:设计了一款空气填充基片集成波导(SIW)功分器。传统结构的功分器一般采用微带线结构,但在高频段,微带线结构线宽过窄且损耗急剧上升,无法满足系统的要求。本文用上下两层铜板固定中间介质基板,并将一部分基片集成波导中间介质基板挖空,用空气代替介质以减小功分器整体的介质损耗。与传统的微带线结构功分器相比,该功分器具有结构紧凑、回波损耗小、工作频段高等诸多优点。在当今毫米波通信领域,具有更广泛的应用前景。An air-filled substrate integrated waveguide(SIW)power divider is designed.The traditional power divider generally adopts the microstrip line structure,but in the high frequency band,the width of the microstrip line structure is too narrow and the loss increases sharply,so it can not meet the requirements of the system.In this paper,two layers of copper plates are used to fix the intermediate substrate,and part of the substrate is hollowed out in the waveguide intermediate sub・strate,and air to replace the medium intermediate substrate is used for reducing the overall dielectric loss of the power divider.Compared with the traditional microstrip line structure power divider,this power divider has many advantages such as compact structure,low return loss and high working frequency.It has a wider application prospect in the field of millimeter wave communication.
