摘　　要：本文针对伺服驱动系统使用一定时限后IPM模块失效的故障日益增多的现状,对故障情况进行了统计,通过分析、故障激发等主要手段复现从而挖出主要原因,并提出了伺服驱动系统的提升方案。Aiming at the increasing status of the failure of the IPM module after the servo drive system is used for a certain period of time,this article counts the failure situation,reproduces the main reasons through analysis,failure excitation and other major means to dig out the main reason,and proposes the improvement of the servo drive system plan.
