摘  要:带有独立滤波器的变频冰箱在设计开发和生产制造过程中,由于生产的不可控性,是无法避免出现电磁骚扰传导耦合的问题。传导耦合是骚扰源与敏感器件之间的主要耦合途径之一,它会导致产品电磁骚扰超出限值。本文通过对冰箱结构以及电路设计的研究,结合传导耦合和滤波电路机理,分析带有独立滤波器的变频冰箱滤波失效的原因,针对影响因素提出设计解决方案并进行验证,提高产品可靠性。本文以某变频冰箱为例,以GB 4343.1-2018标准为基础,通过对变频冰箱骚扰源分析,提出更加合理的抑制电磁骚扰的方法,验证理论分析和方法研究的合理性。In the process of design,development and manufacture of inverter refrigerator with independent filter,it is impossible to avoid electromagnetic disturbance conduction coupling because of the uncontrollability of production.Conduction coupling is one of the main coupling ways between disturbance source and sensitive device,which will lead to electromagnetic disturbance exceeding the limit.Based on the study of refrigerator structure and circuit design,combined with conduction coupling and filter circuit mechanism,this paper analyzes the reasons for filtering failure of frequency conversion refrigerator with independent filter,and puts forward design solutions for influencing factors and verifies them to improve product reliability.Based on the GB 4343.1-2018 standard,this paper takes a frequency conversion refrigerator as an example and puts forward a more reasonable method to suppress electromagnetic disturbance through analyzing the disturbance source of frequency conversion.
