摘 要:在高压变频器核心部件的安全工作温度范围内尽量提高功率,是提高产品竞争力必须解决的问题。近年来基于三维建模的CFD热仿真方法日趋成熟,借助计算机仿真软件进行热仿真评估能够节省大量资源与成本。本研究借助CFD软件从三个尺度搭建高压变频器的整柜、模块、IGBT热仿真模型,运用CFD软件预设的9种湍流方程进行流场-温度场仿真计算,得出整柜、模块、IGBT芯片的温度分布;结合试验结果对仿真计算结果进行了对比分析,列出了基于高压变频器热仿真的推荐湍流方程;同时根据仿真结果对高压变频器提出了结构改进方案,改进后变压器侧风量增大,变压器线圈温升降低。To improve the power as far as possible within the safe working temperature range of the core components of high voltage inverter is a problem that must be solved to improve the competitiveness of high voltage inverter products.In recent years,CFD thermal simulation methods based on 3D modeling have become increasingly mature.The thermal simulation of high voltage inverter with computer thermal simulation software can save a lot of resources.In this study,the CFD simulation software was used to build the simulation model of the high voltage inverter from the three scales of cabinet,module and IGBT.Nine kinds of turbulence equations were used to simulate the flow field and temperature field at three scales to obtain the temperature distribution of the cabinet,module and IGBT.Combined with the experiment,the simulation results are compared and analyzed,and the optimal turbulence equations are listed.Based on the simulation results,a structural improvement scheme of the high voltage inverter is proposed,after which the transformer crosswire volume increases and the temperature rise of the transformer coil decreases.
