摘 要:智能电能表作为智能电网的量测终端,由多种电子元器件构成,且运行环境复杂,每年因为故障拆回智能电能表数量庞大。针对这一问题,基于收集到的因为故障拆回智能电能表故障信息数据,融合熵权法、TOPSIS法和灰关联分析法,对因故障拆回智能电能表进行两维度评估。首先综合利用熵权法和TOPSIS法,建立纵向评价模型,对因故障拆回智能电能表进行纵向评价;再综合利用熵权法和灰关联分析法,建立横向评价模型,对因为故障拆回智能电能表进行横向评价。根据评价结果提出智能电能表改进建议,为提高智能电能表可靠性提供参考。As the measurement terminal of the smart grid,the smart meter is composed of a variety of electronic components,and the operating environment is complicated.A large number of smart meters are removed every year due to failures.In response to this problem,based on the collected fault information data of the smart watt-hour meter removed due to a fault,the entropy weight method,the TOPSIS method and the gray correlation analysis method are combined to conduct a two-dimensional evaluation of the smart watt-hour meter removed due to the failure.First,comprehensively use the entropy method and the TOPSIS method to establish a longitudinal evaluation model to conduct a longitudinal evaluation of the smart meter that was removed due to a fault;Then comprehensively use the entropy weight method and the gray correlation analysis method to establish a horizontal evaluation model,and conduct a horizontal evaluation of the smart meter that was removed due to failure.The electric energy meter is evaluated horizontally.According to the evaluation results,suggestions for the improvement of smart electric energy meters are proposed,which can provide references for improving the reliability of smart electric energy meters.
