摘　　要：湿疫是由感受湿性疫邪而引起的一类疫病。湿性黏滞故湿疫起病较缓,传变较慢,病势缠绵。湿疫的病机为湿疫毒邪侵袭人体,内外湿邪相互感召,疫毒内盛,阻滞气机,闭肺困脾,伤津耗液。治疗应遵循“祛邪逐秽,养阴扶正,全程护阳”三大治则,据证选用具有“透达膜原,疏利湿浊”“养阴扶正,涤除余湿”“温运脾阳,宣畅气机”的方药治疗。本文主要就湿疫的源流、病因病机、治则治法及主方做初步探讨。Damp epidemic disease is a kind of epidemic disease caused by damp toxic pathogens.Damp is turbid.This is the reason why the diseases which are led by dampness often difficult to heal and struggle longer course.The pathogenesis is characterized by the invasion of the toxin of dampness pestilence,the appeal of internal and external dampness,filling body with the pestilence of dampness,leading the disorder of Qi,which finally obstructs lung and spleen,and consumed liquid.On the treatment side,we need to follow three principles:eliminate pathogens,maintain body fluid to protect vital Qi,warm Yang.The specific methods mainly in three aspects:through to the original to remove dampness,maintain body fluid to clear residual dampness,warming spleen-yang to regular activities of Qi.We can choose the corresponding prescription according to the syndrome.Now,the origins,etiology and pathogenesis,principles and methods,formulas of damp epidemic diseases are summarized as follows.
