摘　　要：晚清医家柳宝诒在妇人病的治法及用药上都很有特色,并从以下4个方面加以总结。其一善用清法、透法、养法等温病常见治法治疗妇人疾病;其二首倡疏瘀法治疗妇人寒凝血瘀、热结血瘀、气滞血瘀证等,对血瘀日久者兼用丸药缓攻;其三治妇人病尤重肝脾两脏,不仅运用清肝、泄肝、疏肝、养肝、柔肝等多种方法治肝,而且多从脾和奇经论治带下;其四在中药炮制上有所发挥,常以药制药,引药归经,增加功用和药效且活用炭药。LIU Bao-yi,a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty,has distinctive treatment and medicationusecharacteristics in the treatment of women's diseases.The article summarizes his characteristics from the following aspects:Firstly,LIU is good at using the method of treating warm disease to treat women's diseases,such as clearing method,dispersing method,as well as nourishing method.Secondly,LIU advocates the method of dredging blood stasis,totreat women with patterns of cold congelation and blood stasis,heat stagnation and blood stasis,or Qi stagnation and blood stasis.What's more,LIU also uses pills to dredging blood stasis softly in prolonged cases.Thirdly,LIU particularly focuses on the liver and spleen,who thinks that women's diseases are more related to the liver.Because of that,various methodssuch as the methods of clearing liver,purging liver,soothing liver,nourishing liver as well as softening liver are applied totreat the liver.LIU also treats leucorrhea from the spleen and eight extra-channel.Fourthly,LIU is also an expert on the procession of medicine,including using charcoal drugs flexibly,and using one medicine to process another medicine,in order to guide the medicine to according meridian and increase the efficacy of the medicine.
