摘 要:竹节参为非常用中药。《中华人民共和国药典》2015年版收载的竹节参基原为五加科植物竹节参(Panax japonicus C.A.Mey.)的干燥根茎。历代本草对竹节参的来源记载较少且描述较简,加之各地习用品较多,导致竹节参商品较为混乱。本文以历代本草和现代书籍为基础结合植物形态和调查研究对其基原进行考证认为,竹节参最早在明代《本草纲目》就作为三七混用品记载于三七项下,历史上使用的主流品种应为竹节参(Panax japonicus C.A.Mey.),与《中国药典》收载品种一致。本文通过对竹节参名称、基原、产地变迁、品质评价、采收、加工与炮制、性味功效进行的系统总结,为竹节参的正确用药和资源的进一步开发利用提供依据。Panacis Japonici Rhizoma is an uncommonly used traditional Chinese medicine.The origin of Panacis Japonici Rhizoma is the dried rhizome of Panax japonicus C.A.Mey.,a plant of the family Araliaceae,according to the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The source records of Panax japonicus C.A.Mey.in ancient herbal literature are less,and the description is simple.In addition,there are many customary items in various regions,which makes the products of Panacis Japonici Rhizoma confusing,to trace back its sources,we conducted a textual research on its origin based on the records of ancient herbal literatures and contemporary literatures,combined with plant morphology and related investigation.Results:It showed that Panax japonicus C.A.Mey.was recorded as a mixture of Panax notoginseng in the Compendium of Materia Medica in the Ming Dynasty under Sanqi,but most scholars believe that Panax japonicus C.A.Mey.was first recorded in the Qing Dynasty.The main stream variety used in history should be Panax japonicus C.A.Mey.,which is consistent with the variety included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.This article systematically summarizes the name,origin,producing areas,quality evaluation,processing and concocting,properties,tastes and functions of Panacis Japonici Rhizoma,which provides the basis for the correct utilization and further development of PanacisJaponiciRhizoma.
