大学生学习兴趣提升策略研究——以南华大学核类专业为例

摘　　要：大学生学习兴趣的培养对教学质量的提升和人才培养目标的实现具有重要意义。对核类专业的学生进行调查,分析影响大学生的学习兴趣的因素。提出提升专业认同感,激发学习动机;基于OBE的理念,以目标为导向,培养兴趣;完善教学内容,优化教学过程,创新教学方式,提升学习兴趣;提升教师的教学态度及职业水平,树立良好的教师形象等方面来提升学生的学习兴趣。The cultivation of college students'learning interest is meaningful to the improvement of teaching quality and the realization of talent training objectives.We performed an investigation to the students of nuclear majors and analyzed the factors of students'interest in learning.The first proposal is to stimulate learning motivation by enhancing the sense of professional identity.The second one is to cultivate interest based on OBE and goal-oriented method;the third one is to enhance the interest of learning by improving the teaching content,optimizing the teaching process and innovating on the teaching method;The last one is to enhance the teachers'teaching attitude and the professional level of teachers,establish a good image of teachers and other aspects.
