打造本科通识类选修课一流课程的教学改革与实践——以西北农林科技大学茶学概论课程为例

摘　　要：课程是人才培养的核心要素,课程质量直接决定人才培养质量。文章以通识类选修课茶学概论为例,分别从重构教学内容、革新教学模式、改变教学方式、完善教学评价等方面着手,旨在构建一个以师生共同参与和互动沟通的高质量课堂体系为基础的高效现代化教学模式。同时,在教学活动中注重德育与智育并重,将能力培养和价值塑造贯穿于整个教学实践中,为打造本科通识类选修课一流课程提供一种可参考、可借鉴、可复制的高效教学模式。The core element of talent training is curriculum,whose quality is closely related to the level of personnel training.Taking the course of An Introduction of Tea Science as an example,this paper constructed a new modern teaching mode based on a high quality course system with teacher-student mutual participation and interaction,which was realized through four ways of teaching content update,teaching mode reform,teaching method innovation and teaching evaluation improvement.In this teaching mode,moral education was as important as the intellectual education,thus the ability cultivation and value shaping of the students were integrated into the whole process of teaching practices.This teaching reform and practice was intended to provide an effective teaching mode of top-grade elective course of undergraduate general education,which would be referenced and replicated as well.
