考试管理视角下省属高校学生作弊现状分析及对策建议

摘　　要：高校学生考试作弊现象依然严峻,采用个案研究法,以S大为例,对省属高校的考试作弊现象开展研究。在对S大2011-2017年因考试违纪作弊被处分的394名学生进行统计分析的基础上,就学生作弊与考试管理制度的内生关系进行深入探讨,建议从加强诚信教育,强化诚信应考氛围;加强考试管理相关配套文件的制修订,强化学院的履责意识;加强对大一年级学生的教育引导,提高学业准备程度;改革课程考核方式,降低学生考试作弊意愿;构建监考队伍建设办法,筑牢防范考试作弊的最后一道防线等五个方面防范考试违纪作弊行为。The phenomenon of college students'cheating in examinations is still serious.This paper takes S University as an example to study the phenomenon of cheating in examinations of provincial universities with case study method.On the basis of statistical analysis of 394 students who were punished for cheating in exams for 2011-2017 years in S,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the endogenous relationship between student cheating and examination management system and suggests that we should take the following steps to prevent cheating in exams.Firstly,we should strengthen honesty education and the atmosphere of honesty examination;secondly,we should strengthen the compilation and revision of relevant documents of examination management to strengthen the sense of responsibility of the college;thirdly,we should strengthen the education and guidance of freshmen to improve the degree of academic preparation;fourthly,we should reform the way of curriculum assessment to reduce the students'willingness to cheat in examinations;lastly,we should construct an invigilator team to build up the last strong defense line against cheating in exams.
