高校图书馆应急信息服务案例分析——以中国海洋大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：面对新冠肺炎疫情突发,中国海洋大学图书馆在疫情期间积极开展各类型多元化的线上数字资源应急保障服务,支持资源获取,并以此带动阅读推广,同时引进技术设备、自主研发管理系统,以智能技术助力疫情防控,多措并举充分发挥高校图书馆在突发公共事件中的信息保障作用。进入后疫情的常态化防控时期,图书馆应当结合抗疫经验,不断加强信息服务建设,切实提高服务能力。Faced with the sudden outbreak of COVID-19,the library in the Ocean University of China actively launched various types of online digital resources emergency support services during the epidemic situation,supported resource acquisition,and promoted reading promotion.At the same time,it introduced technology equipment and independent research and development management system,with intelligent technology to help epidemic prevention and control.Many measures are taken simultaneously to give full play to the information security role of the university library in public emergencies.In the period of post epidemic normalization prevention and control,the library should continuously strengthen the construction of information service and improve the service ability in combination with the anti-epidemic experience.
