摘 要:针对蒙陕地区典型中厚煤层开采工作面地质条件,开展了工作面三维数字模型构建、基于多源数据融合的数字孪生构建、液压支架智能化控制、采煤机调高预测和路径规划、综采工作面远程智能控制和自移机尾纠偏等关键技术研究;构建了“远程一键式启停、自动开采为主、远程人工干预为辅、最终实现无人值守”为目标的减人、提效开采模式;并首创液压支架自动摆底调控技术。通过在纳林河二号煤矿进行的工业性试验,表明该中厚煤层智能化综采工作面关键技术的研究成果全面提升了矿井综采工作面智能化水平,促进了煤矿企业的安全发展和高质量发展。According to the geological conditions of typical mining face in medium-thick coal seam in Inner Mongolia-Shaanxi region,the key technologies such as three-dimensional digital model construction of working face,digital twin construction based on multi-source data fusion,intelligent control of hydraulic support,height adjustment prediction and path planning of shearer,remote intelligent control of fully mechanized mining face and deviation correction of self-moving support tail were studied.A manpower-reducing and efficiency-improving mining mode was constructed with goals of remote one click start and stop,automatic mining supplemented by remote manual intervention and finally unattended working face,and the automatic bottom swing control technology of hydraulic support was firstly developed.The industrial test of these research results conducted in Nalinhe No.2 Coal Mine showed that the key technologies for the intelligent fully mechanized mining face in medium-thick coal seam had comprehensively improved the intelligent level of the fully mechanized mining face and promoted the safe and high-quality development of coal mining enterprises.
