摘 要:分析了在加快推进煤炭清洁高效利用政策形势下采用干法选煤技术的必要性;介绍了煤炭干选发展的重要意义,并总结了干法选煤技术的发展现状及其创新进展:目前的干法选煤设备具有系列化和大型化的特点,在设计规模、分选精度、除尘效果、节能节水及分选工艺流程设计等方面已取得较大进展;提出,未来干法选煤技术的发展趋势是亟需加快核心设备的智能化、降低分选粒度下限、开发小于6 mm煤粉分选设备、进一步研发井下干法排矸技术、应用干法选煤技术分选煤矸石等;最后,针对干法选煤技术发展的现存问题进行了简要的分析总结。The necessity of dry coal preparation technology under the policy of accelerating the clean and efficient utilization of coal was analyzed,the development status and innovation progress of dry coal preparation were introduced.At present,the dry separation equipment had the characteristics of serialization and large-scale,and great progress had been made in design scale,separation accuracy,dust removal effect,energy and water saving and separation process design.It was proposed that the development trend of dry separation technology in the future was to speed up the intellectualization of core equipment,reduce the lower limit of separation particle size,develop pulverized coal separation equipment with separation particle size less than 6mm,further research and develop underground dry waste discharge technology,apply dry separation technology to separate coal gangue and so on.The problems existing in the development of dry separation technology were briefly analyzed and summarized.
