摘 要:以李家壕煤矿空压机余热利用为例,阐述了煤矿空压机余热高效利用技术的原理及应用方案,并根据矿区空压机余热资源的实际情况,利用空压机余热高效利用技术,对矿区空压机冷却系统进行余热回收改造。在与不同热水制取方案的经济性进行对比后得出,利用煤矿空压机余热回收制取热水系统具有较为显著的经济型优势,并能降低能源消耗,可取得较好的社会效益和环境效益。Taking the waste heat utilization of air compressor in Lijiahao Coal Mine as an example,the principle and application scheme of high-efficiency utilization technology of waste heat of air compressor in coal mine were expounded,and according to the actual situation of waste heat resources of air compressor in mining area,the high-efficiency utilization technology of waste heat of air compressor was used to recover and transform the waste heat of air compressor cooling system in mining area.After comparing with the economies of different hot water production schemes,it was concluded that the hot water production system with waste heat recovery of coal mine air compressor had significant economic advantages,could reduce energy consumption and achieve better social and environmental benefits.
