长沙五一广场东汉简牍所见地方大姓与乡里社会

摘　　要：张、李、黄、王、陈、区等十余姓为东汉长沙大姓,他们家资不菲、蓄养奴仆,并凭借家族声望,或参与乡里选举,或担任属吏乡官,在地方社会具备一定影响,对基层社会治理亦有重要贡献。然而,部分大姓掾吏目无法纪、知法犯法,部分大姓族人肆意妄为,或盗窃、抢劫,或械斗、仇杀,对地方社会治安造成严重影响。同时,通过对长沙大姓的考察可知,汉代江南地区的宗族尽管在地方社会实力强大,但规模有限,其影响力不及中原豪族。Zhang,Li,Huang,Wang,Chen,Ou and other surnames were the major surnames in Changsha during the Eastern Han Dynasty.Their family were rich and kept slaves.By virtue of their family prestige,they participated in the selection of officials or served as the local grass-roots officials,and had certain influence in the local society.They also made important contributions to social governance.However,some clan officials were not subject to the law,and some clan members committed numerous crimes,such as theft,robbery,fighting,vendetta and so on,which had a serious impact on social security.Through the study of the local clan in Changsha,it also can be seen that although the clan of Jiangnan area in Han Dynasty was powerful in the local society,its influence was not as strong as that in the central plains.
