摘　　要：家庭关系对青少年成长的影响是深远的。在每个家庭中,成员之间的关系相互作用,使整个家庭关系呈现出动态平衡。这种动态平衡具有自我修复功能,使家庭结构保持稳定。一旦家庭关系的平衡状态被打破,家庭的功能就会出现问题,尤其是可能导致家庭中未成年人出现心理、性格、思想、情绪、行为、交际等方面的问题。对家庭周期变化和家庭关系平衡态的研究,可揭示家庭关系的动态平衡规律,分析出家庭关系失衡对青少年成长的负面影响,得出构建和谐家庭关系、维系家庭关系平衡、促进青少年健康成长的举措。The influence of family relationship on the adolescent growth is profound.In each family,the relationship between members interacts,so that the entire family relationship presents a dynamic balance.This kind of dynamic balance has a selfrepair function,which keeps the family structure stable.Once the balance of the family relationship is broken,the family function will have problems.The minors in the family may have problems in psychology,character,thought,emotion,behavior and communication.By studying the cycle change of family structure and the balance of family relationship,the paper reveals the laws of dynamic balance of family relationship,analyzes the negative impact of family relationship imbalance on the adolescent growth,and proposes measures to build a harmonious family relationship,maintain family relationship balance,and promote the healthy growth of adolescents.
