摘　　要：介绍了一种基于PXIe总线多通道数字化仪模块的总体设计方案。该数字化仪模块采用四片250MSa/s、16位ADC与FPGA做为数据采集控制与信号处理核心单元,实现四个通道并行数据采集存储功能。模块采用PXIe总线接口,利用DMA模式实现主控单元与采集单元的高速数据传输,开发了基于QT的软面板及驱动程序,既保证了模块跨平台应用,又能获得友好的人机界面。该模块可靠性高,抗干扰能力强,造价低廉。In this paper,The design of a PXIe multi-channel digitizer module is introduced.This module,using a FPGA and four ADs as the acquisition control and signal process core unit,can be used to acquire and storage data from four parallel channel.The ADC is a 16-bit and 250MSa/s analog-to-digital converter.This PXIe module use the DMA data transfer mode,satisfying the required data transfer rate between the control unit and the acquisition.In order to ensure cross-platform applications and excellent man-machine conversation interface of the module,we implement the software driver and the soft panel based QT.The experiment shows that the module has high reliability,high anti-interference and low cost.
