摘　　要：近年来甲状腺肿瘤发病率逐年升高,手术是甲状腺肿瘤的有效治疗方法之一。随着甲状腺疾病诊疗的规范化和患者对美容需求的提高,腔镜甲状腺手术迅速发展,衍生出多种入路,但无论哪种术式都可引起甲状旁腺功能减退,严重影响患者术后生活质量。为降低甲状腺术后永久性甲状旁腺功能减退的发生率,腔镜甲状腺切除术联合甲状旁腺自体移植术应运而生,但是否常规移植甲状旁腺以及移植后效果评价仍存在争议。本文就腔镜甲状腺切除术和甲状旁腺移植术的现状作一综述,各种术式的效果评价仍需前瞻性的随机对照研究加以证实。In recent years,the incidence of thyroid tumors has increased year by year,and surgery is one of the effective approaches for thyroid tumors.With the standardization of thyroid disease treatment and the improvement of patients′cosmetic needs,lumpectomy thyroid surgery has rapidly developed and derived a variety of accesses.However,no matter what kind of procedure is used,it can cause hypoparathyroidism,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients after surgery.In order to reduce the incidence of permanent hypoparathyroidism,endoscopic thyroidectomy combined with parathyroid auto-transplantation came into being,but the conventional transplantation of parathyroid glands and the evaluation of the effect after transplantation are still controversial.This paper reviews the current situation of endoscopic thyroidectomy and parathyroid transplantation and the evaluation of the effects of various surgical methods needs to be confirmed by prospective randomized controlled studies.
