摘　　要：当前我国产业链承受国内外双重压力,全球贸易保护主义叠加新冠疫情的影响进一步增加了产业链不稳定性和不确定性。构建“双循环”新发展格局、提升产业链现代化水平是我国重塑产业优势、实现经济高质量发展的主动战略选择。在梳理我国产业链内涵、主要特征、积极效应等文献基础上,从国际视角上探讨全球产业链的演变态势,基于国内现实客观判断“双循环”新发展格局下我国产业链发展中面临的机遇。针对“双循环”新发展格局下我国产业链现代化过程中面临的各种弊端、关键领域障碍和“瓶颈”制约,有针对性地提出推进产业创新与改革、提升产业链现代化水平的相关建议。At present,China’s industrial chain is under dual pressures both at home and abroad.The influence of trade protectionism allover the world,superimposed on COVID-19,further increases the instability and uncertainty of the industrial chain.Building a new pattern of“double circulation”development and improving the modernization level of industrial chain is an active strategic choice for China to reshape industrial advantages and realize high-quality economic development.On the basis of combing the literature on the connotation,main characteristics and positive effects of China’s industrial chain,this paper discusses the evolution trend of the global industrial chain from an international perspective,and objectively identifies the opportunities faced by China’s industrial chain development under the double circulation based on the domestic reality.In view of the various disadvantages,obstacles in key fields and“bottleneck”constraints in the process of modernizing China’s industrial chain under the background of“double circulation”new development pattern,this paper puts forward suggestions of promoting industrial innovation and reform and improving the modernization level of the industrial chain.
