摘 要:为了提高DC-DC变换器电压增益,将Boost变换器与Sepic变换器进行有机结合,提出一种耦合电感型Boost-Sepic高增益DC-DC变换器。该变换器把传统Boost-Sepic电路中的电感换成耦合电感一次侧,耦合电感二次侧和2个倍压单元结合变成桥式倍压单元加入传统Boost-Sepic电路中,以此实现变换器的高增益并降低开关管的电压应力。通过理论分析和实验验证表明:该变换器使得电压增益升高,降低开关管的电压应力实现开关管的零电压开通,又减轻了二极管的反向恢复问题。To improve the voltage gain of a DC-DC converter,a kind of high-gain Boost-Sepic DC-DC converter with coupled inductors is proposed by integrating a Boost converter with a Sepic converter systematically.The inductors in the traditional Boost-Sepic circuit are replaced by coupled inductors on the primary side,and a bridge voltage multiplying unit consisting of coupled inductors on the secondary side and two voltage multiplying units is added to the traditional Boost-Sepic circuit.As a result,the high-gain of the converter is realized and the voltage stress in the switch is reduced.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that this kind of converter can increase the voltage gain and reduce the voltage stress in the switch to realize zero voltage switching.In addition,the problem of reverse recovery of diode is relieved.
