摘 要:采用固相合成法制备了Ni_(0.5-x)Zn_(0.5)Cu_(x)Fe_(2)O_(4)(x=0、0.05、0.10和0.15)铁氧体材料,研究了CuO掺杂对其磁性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明,CuO掺杂后材料晶体结构仍为均一的单相尖晶石结构;CuO在NiZn铁氧体制备过程中有助熔的作用,随着CuO含量的增大,材料的晶粒尺寸增大;饱和磁感应强度(B_(s))先增大后减小,而矫顽力(H_(c))基本不变。当CuO掺杂量x=0.10时,样品具有较好的综合性能:起始磁导率(μ_(i))为3318,品质因数(Q)为113,磁谱和宽温特性较为优异。Ni_(0.5-x)Zn_(0.5)Cu_(x)Fe_(2)O_(4) ferrite(x=0,0.05,0.10 and 0.15)was prepared by solid-state reaction method,the influence of doping different CuO content on magnetic property and microstructure of NiZn ferrite was investigated.The results show that with the increase of CuO incorporation,the crystal structure is still single-plase spinel;CuO acts as a melting aid in NiZn ferrite preparation,the grain size of the material increases with the increases of CuO content;With the increases of CuO content,the saturation magnetization induction(B_(s))of sample shows a trend of increasing first before decreasing,the coercivity(H_(c))of sample is basically unchanged;when CuO incorporation amount x=0.10,the initial magnetic conductivity(μ_(i))is 3318,quality factor(Q)is 113,frequency and wide temperature characteristics of the sample is more excellent.
