摘 要:铁硅铝磁粉芯是由FeSiAl三元合金粉末与绝缘物质混合压制而成,与其他磁粉芯材料相比,具有低成本、低损耗、低噪声等优点,广泛应用于交流电感、输出电感、线路滤波器、功率因素校正电路等。针对气雾化铁硅铝粉末进行实验,将粉末筛分后进行不同目数下的复合钝化,加入胶黏剂包覆之后使用18 t压力压制磁环,测试磁环特性。实验结果表明,复合钝化后可以在粉末表面生成钝化膜层,300~400目粉末经过3%复合钝化之后,磁导率为52,100 Oe直流叠加条件下,磁导率保留55%、50 kHz/100 mT条件下损耗为154 kW/m^(3),500 kHz/100 mT条件下损耗为4469 k W/m^(3)。Fe-Si-Al magnetic powder core is made of FeSiAl ternary alloy powder mixed with insulating material.Compared with other magnetic powder core materials, it has the advantages of low cost, low loss and low noise, etc. It is widely used in AC inductors, output inductors, line filters and power factor correction circuits, etc. In this paper,experiments were carried out on aerosolized Fe-Si-Al powder. After the powder was screened, the composite passivation was carried out under different mesh numbers. After adding adhesive, 18 t pressure was used to suppress the magnetic ring and the magnetic ring characteristics were tested. The experimental results show that the passivation film can be formed on the powder surface after compound passivation. After 3 % compound passivation of 300-400 mesh powder, the permeability is 52 and the permeability remains 55 % under 100 Oe DC superposition condition, the core loss is 154 kW/m^(3)under the conditions of 50 kHz and 100 m T. The core loss is 4469 kW/m^(3)under the condition of 500 kHz and 100 mT.
