摘 要:在2 mm波段,由于铁氧体材料饱和磁化强度的限制,环行器按传统方法设计带宽性能较差。基于高阶模设计,通过调控相邻双高阶模频率的响应特性,环行器20 dB带宽仿真结果达到5 GHz;对铁氧体内电场随频率的变化分析表明,2 mm环行器与相似结构的低频波导环行器不同,存在两种环行模式。制作的环行器样品实测性能达到:150~153 GHz范围内最大电压驻波比1.3,正向损耗约0.8 dB,反向损耗约18 dB。Due to the limitation of saturation magnetization of ferrites, the bandwidth and performance of circulators designed by traditional methods are poor in 2 mm band. In this paper, based on the design of high-order modes, by controlling the frequency response characteristics of adjacent double high-order modes, the simulation results of 20 dB bandwidth of circulator reach 5 GHz. The variation of electric filed with frequency in ferrite is studied. The results show that, unlike the low-frequency waveguide circulator with similar structure, there are two circulating modes in 2 mm waveguide circulator. Then, a 2 mm waveguide isolator sample is designed and fabricated. Within the frequency range150-153 GHz, the isolator features a maximum VSWR of 1.3, forward loss of about 0.8 dB and reverse loss of about 18 dB.
