摘　　要：目的 探讨肾上腺区支气管源性囊肿(BC)的CT特点,提高该病的诊断水平。方法 搜集本院11例经手术病理证实的肾上腺区BC患者,回顾性分析所有患者的CT表现与临床资料。结果 11例病灶中位于左侧肾上腺区的有10例,右侧仅1例。病灶长径31~92 mm,平均58.0 mm,短径24~59 mm,平均为37.5 mm。CT扫描囊壁均未见明确显示,平扫囊内呈均匀高密度的有7例,4例表现为不均匀高低混杂密度,呈“分层样”或“地图样”改变,增强扫描10例病灶无强化,仅1例轻度不均匀强化。4例病灶可见囊壁或囊内钙化。结论 肾上腺区BC常见于左侧,肿块较大,囊内呈均匀高密度或不均匀混杂高低密度,特征性的囊壁或囊内钙化,增强后通常无强化,为肾上腺区BC的典型CT表现。Objective To investigate the CT characteristics of bronchogenic cyst(BC) in adrenal region in order to improve the diagnostic level of the disease.Methods The CT findings and clinical data of 11 patients with BC in adrenal region confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 11 lesions,10 were located in the left adrenal region,and only 1 was located on the right side.The long diameter of the lesions ranged from 31 to 92 mm,with an average of 58.0 mm,and the short diameter ranged from 24 to 59 mm,with an average of 37.5 mm.The cystic walls were not clearly shown on CT scan.There were 7 cases with uniform high density in plain scan,4 cases with uneven mixed density,which seemed to be stratified or map like change.There was no enhancement in 10 cases,and only 1 case with slight uneven enhancement.Calcification of cyst wall or intracyst was observed in 4 cases.Conclusion BC in the adrenal region is common in the left side with large mass,homogeneous high density or heterogeneous mixed high and low density in the cyst,characteristic calcification in the cyst wall or intracyst,without enhancement usually,which are typical CT findings of BC in the adrenal region.
