南水北调东线一期工程山东段通水效益分析与认识

摘　　要：通过南水北调东线一期工程通水以来山东段降水、黄河来水和配套工程建设情况的分析,说明南水北调东线一期工程输水河渠是多功能河渠,东线一期工程在保障城市供水安全、抗旱补源、防洪除涝、服务航运、河湖生态保护、畅通南北经济循环等方面发挥了综合性的重要作用。完善东线一期工程相应政策和北延应急供水工程及配套设施建设,是进一步提高南水北调东线一期工程综合效益的根本措施。Based on analysis of precipitation in Shandong section of Phase-I of the Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and coming water from the Yellow River and counterpart facility construction,it shows that the channel for water diversion has multi-functions.The Phase-I of the Eastern Route has played a key role in securing urban water supply,drought relief by source supplement,flood and waterlogging control,navigation,rivers and lakes ecological protection and unblocking of North-South economic cycle.The policies of furthering up Phase-I of the Eastern Route and emergency water supply schemes and counterpart facilities to the north shall be fundamental to realize further increase of comprehensive benefits of the project.
