摘  要:太湖流域防洪工程体系已基本建立,显著提升了流域防洪能力,在防御近年流域性大洪水和台风暴雨中发挥了重要作用,减灾效益巨大。但流域防洪工程体系尚存在薄弱环节。进入新发展阶段,长三角一体化高质量发展对防洪保安提出了更高的要求,流域下垫面剧烈变化导致洪水特性出现新情况,防洪情势日益严峻。为进一步提升太湖流域防洪能力,亟须针对防洪薄弱环节,尽快完善流域防洪工程体系,为流域经济社会发展提供坚强有力的防洪安全保障。The formation of flood control engineering system has been established and significantly enhanced the capacity of flood defense and response to typhoon storms in the Taihu Basin,resulting in enormous benefits of disaster reduction.However,there are still weak links in the system.Entering into the new development stage,integration of the Yangtze River Delta and high-quality development makes higher requirements for flood control security.Drastic changes in the underlying surface of the basin lead to new situations in flood characteristics,and flood control situation has becoming more severe.In order to further up flood control capacity,it is urgent to improve the flood control engineering system with consideration to weaknesses,so as to provide a solid base for security and economic and social development of the basin.
