摘　　要：为做好大中型淤地坝的动态监控和安全风险预报预警,推进高标准淤地坝建设,在全面分析淤地坝安全风险及溃坝原因的基础上,研究提出大中型淤地坝安全度汛“四预”模型的重点主题与必需的算据,对建设高保真孪生淤地坝小流域,科学评估淤地坝坝库汇入物、工程稳定性、放水建筑物和泄洪建筑物运行状态、工程安全状态和下游影响区遇险范围,优选除险抢险预案等具有支撑作用。In order to realize dynamic monitoring of large and medium-sized check dams,risk prediction and early warning,and further up construction of high-standard check dams,studies are made on the main theme and necessary calculation data of“four pres”model for the safety of large and medium-sized check dams in flood seasons,on the basis of full analysis of risks and causes of dam failure.It helps to build a high-fidelity twin watershed with silted dams in a scientific manner,evaluate imports of check dam or reservoir,as well as stability,operation status of water release and flood discharge structures,safety and scope of affected areas downstream,so as to optimize the emergency and rescue plans.
