摘　　要：为深刻揭示“藏粮于地、藏粮于技”战略下国家水网建设的意义,文章在系统分析2001—2020年粮食产销变化和相应水资源支撑中面临形势的基础上,综合我国人多地少水缺的现实条件,立足当前我国水资源配置格局下的承载现状,从“全面提高耕地产能、推进农业灌溉集约化、智能化技术,以及促进灌区绿色发展”三方面分析了国家水网建设对保障粮食安全的重要作用,揭示了建设国家水网的必要性。To fully reveal to the necessity of national water network construction in the strategy of“store grain in the ground and technology”,based on the systematic analysis of the change of grain production and consumption,and corresponding situation of water support from 2001 to 2020,this paper analyzes the important role of the construction of national water network in ensuring food security from three aspects of“comprehensively improving the productivity of cultivated land,promoting the intensification and intelligent of agricultural irrigation,and promoting the green development of irrigated areas”,and reveals the necessity of the construction of national water network.
