摘　　要：从生态完整性和流域系统性两方面分析了长江保护法的科学基础,介绍了国外相关经验和做法,从生态流量保障、生态空间管控、河湖水系连通、富营养化治理、生物多样性与栖息地保护、调水工程、小水电清理整改等方面总结了长江流域水生态保护七大重点问题,对长江流域水生态保护与修复研究进行了展望。Analyzes the scientific foundations of the Yangtze River Protection Law from the two aspects of ecological integrity and the systematization of basin.The relevant foreign experiences and practices are introduced.The seven key water ecological protection issues of the Yangtze River Basin are summarized which include ecological flow assurance,ecological space management,connectivity of rivers and lakes systems,eutrophication management,biodiversity and habitat conservation,water diversion project and management of small hydropower.Finally,the researches on water ecological protection and restoration in the Yangtze River Basin is prospected.
