摘　　要：本文采用AHP方法构建融资租赁项目风险评价模型,对我国融资租赁业务操作中所涉及的风险因素进行梳理。通过筛选,将风险评价指标体系分为四层,共30个评价指标,根据专业的融资租赁人员群体对评价指标赋值类型的不同引入多属性决策的指标权重确定方法,结合MATLAB软件,确定各项指标所属权重,得出项目风险评价的基本算法。根据各项指标判断标准对各项指标进行评分,利用风险评价基本表达式计算出融资租赁项目的综合得分,并给予评级,通过实际案例对模型进行准确度验证,实证分析显示与实际评判结果一致,证明了该模型的科学性与合理性,最后针对融资租赁项目整个生命周期可能存在的风险提出相关建议。This paper uses AHP method to construct the risk evaluation model of financial leasing project,and combs the risk factors and risk characteristics involved in the operation of financial leasing business in China.Through screening,the risk evaluation index system is divided into four layers,a total of 30 evaluation indexes.According to the different evaluation index assignment types of professional financial leasing personnel,the index weight determination method of multi-attribute decision-making is introduced,combined with MATLAB software,the weight of each index is determined,and the basic algorithm of project risk evaluation is obtained.Score each index according to the judgment criteria of each index,calculate the comprehensive score of the financial leasing project by using the basic expression of risk evaluation,and give the rating.Verify the accuracy of the model through an actual case.The empirical analysis shows that it is consistent with the actual evaluation results,which proves the scientificity and rationality of the model,Finally,it puts forward relevant suggestions for the possible risks in the whole life cycle of financial leasing project.
