摘　　要：目的:探究调任通督针法治疗脊髓损伤的临床效果。方法:选择开平市中心医院2019年4月至2021年6月期间收治的40例脊髓损伤患者,随机分为对照组(20例,常规针刺治疗+康复训练)和观察组(20例,调任通督针法+康复训练),对患者治疗前、治疗后1个月、2个月的运动、感觉、日常生活活动能力进行比较,应用美国脊柱损伤委员会脊髓损伤评分(ASIA)运动量表、ASIA感觉量表、功能独立性评定(FIM)评分评价。结果:治疗前两组患者的ASIA运动量表、ASIA感觉量表、FIM评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月、2个月两组患者的ASIA运动量表、ASIA感觉量表、FIM评分与治疗前比较均明显升高,且观察组均高于同时期对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脊髓损伤的临床治疗中应用调任通督针法可获得较好的临床效果,患者治疗后运动、感觉、日常生活活动能力均得到很好的提升。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of needling in Ren and Du meridians on spinal cord injury.Methods 40 patients with spinal cord injury admitted to Kaiping Central Hospital from April 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group (20 cases,routine acupuncture plus rehabilitation training) and observation group (20 cases,needling in Ren and Du meridians plus rehabilitation training).The motor,sensory and daily living activities of patients were compared before treatment,1 month and 2 months after treatment,using American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) motor scale,ASIA sensory scale and functional independence measure (FIM) score.Results There was no significant difference in ASIA motor scale,ASIA sensory scale and FIM score between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05).After 1 month and 2 months of treatment,the scores of ASIA motor scale,ASIA sensory scale and FIM in the two groups were significantly increased compared with before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at the same time,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of spinal cord injury,the application of needling in Ren and Du meridians can obtain good clinical effect,and the patients’ ability of movement,sensation and daily living activities has been improved.
