摘  要:目的:分析研究TrueBeam直线加速器射线的长期稳定性。方法:采用瓦里安机器性能检查(MPC)检测工具采集TrueBeam直线加速器6 MV、6 MV非均整(FFF)、10 MV、10 MVFFF的4档光子线2020年6月至2021年4月的日检数据,系统分析并评价射线输出、射线均匀度以及射线中心偏移的稳定性。结果:经10个月的214次MPC检测数据分析,6MV、6 MV FFF、10 MV和10 MV FFF的4档能量光子线的射线输出偏差分别为(0.94±0.55)%、(1.17±0.58)%、(1.03±0.56)%和(0.87±0.58)%,仅有5次(占2.34%)的测量结果>2%;4档能量光子的射线均匀度稳定性好,偏差分别为(0.34±0.16)%、(0.37±0.17)%、(0.31±0.13)%和(0.38±0.18)%;射线中心偏移测量结果均在±0.5 mm以内。结论:Truebeam直线加速器的4档光子线具有很好的射线输出稳定性。Objective:To analyze and study the long-term stability of the radiation of TrueBeam linear accelerator.Methods:Varian Machine Performance Check(MPC)was used to collect the data of daily inspection of photonic beam of 6 MV,6 MV flattening filter-free(FFF),10 MV and 10 MV FFF X-ray of TrueBeam linear accelerator from June 2020 to April 2021.And then,the stabilities of the output,uniformity and off-centering of radiation were analyzed and evaluated by system.Results:After 10 months,214 MPC results indicated that the output biases of the radiation of photonic beam of 6MV,6MV FFF,10MV and 10 MV FFF were(0.94±0.55)%,(1.17±0.58)%,(1.03±0.56)%and(0.87±0.58)%,respectively.The measured results of only 5 MPCs exceeded 2%.And the stability of radiation uniformity was favorable,and the biases of the radiation uniformity of the 4 grades of photonic beam were(0.34±0.16)%,(0.37±0.17)%,(0.31±0.13)%and(0.38±0.18)%,respectively.The all measured results of off-centering of radiation were within±0.5 mm.Conclusions:The photonic beams of 4 grades of TrueBeam linear accelerator has commendable stability.
