摘　　要：目的:探讨戴明循环(PDCA)法在医用耗材不良事件上报管理中的应用价值。方法:分析医院医用耗材不良事件上报现状和存在的不足与问题,采用鱼骨图分析医用耗材不良事件上报合格率低的原因,运用PDCA法的计划阶段(plan)、执行阶段(do)、检查阶段(check)和处理阶段(action)对医用耗材不良事件上报管理进行改善,制定标准化的医用耗材不良事件上报流程和处置流程,比较改善前和改善后医用耗材不良事件上报合格率变化。结果:运用PDCA法改善医用耗材不良事件上报管理后,医用耗材不良事件上报合格率由改善前的40.00%提高到改善后的84.21%。结论:PDCA法应用于医院医用耗材不良事件管理,能够显著提高医用耗材不良事件上报合格率和上报管理水平,有效控制医用耗材使用风险,减少医用耗材不良事件的发生。Objective:To explore the application value of the Deming Cycle(PDCA)in the management of adverse events reporting of medical consumables.Methods:The current status,defects and problems of adverse events reporting of medical consumables of hospital were analyzed,and the reasons for low pass rate of adverse events reporting of medical consumables were analyzed by using the fishbone diagram.Plan,Do,Check and Action of the PDCA method were applied to improve the management of adverse events reporting of medical consumables and the standardized reporting and disposal procedures of adverse events of medical consumables were established.The changes in the pass rate of adverse events reporting of medical consumables before and after the improvement were compared.Results:After improvement by PDCA method,the qualified rate of adverse events reporting of medical consumables increased from 40.00%to 84.21%.Conclusion:The application of the PDCA method to the management of adverse events of medical consumables can significantly increase the pass rate of the adverse events reporting of medical consumables in hospital,improve the management level of adverse event reporting of medical consumables,effectively control the risk of using medical consumables,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events of medical consumables.
