摘  要:目的:探讨麦肯锡7S模型优化医疗耗材管理流程的应用效果。方法:采用麦肯锡7S模型对医院医疗耗材管理流程进行优化。收集2019-2020年医院耗材管理数据信息,按照麦肯锡7S模型对医疗耗材管理流程优化前后将其分为对照组和观察组,比较两组医疗耗材存储情况及医疗耗材配送效率的差异性。结果:观察组的库存种类、规格种类、库存面积和出库时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.672,t=10.493,t=3.247,t=3.028;P<0.05);观察组的普通耗材申请完成时间、订单完成时间和总时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.473,t=6.954,t=8.244;P<0.05),高值耗材申请完成时间、订单完成时间和总时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.428,t=6.627,t=5.173;P<0.05),试剂耗材的申请完成时间、订单下达时间和总时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.475,t=2.752,t=4.912;P<0.05)。结论:麦肯锡7S模型优化医疗耗材管理流程,能够明显改善医疗耗材存储情况,提高配送效率,促进标准化、流程化和规范化的医疗耗材管理系统形成。Objective:To discuss the application effect of McKinsey 7S model in optimizing the management process of medical consumables.Methods:The McKinsey 7S model was applied to optimize the management process of medical consumables in the hospital.The consumables management data of the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group before and after optimizing the management flow of medical consumables according to McKinsey 7S model.The difference in storage and distribution efficiency of medical consumables between two groups was compared.Results:The stock type,specification type,stock area and delivery time of observation group was lower those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.672,t=10.493,t=3.247,t=3.028;P<0.05).The application completion time,order completion time and total time of common consumables in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.473,t=6.954,t=8.244;P<0.05);the application completion time,order completion time and total time of high-value consumables were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.428,t=6.627,t=5.173;P<0.05);the application completion time,order release time and total time of reagent consumables were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.475,t=2.752,t=4.912;P<0.05).Conclusion:The McKinsey 7S model optimizes the management process of medical consumables,which could significantly improve the storage situation of medical consumables,enhance the distribution efficiency,and promote the formation of a standardized,process-based and regulated medical consumables management system.
