摘 要:先天性肛门直肠畸形(ARM)是新生儿常见的先天性消化道畸形,其种类繁多,病理复杂,是一组包括广泛的疾病谱。磁共振成像(MRI)检查无辐射、可多角度成像且软组织分辨率高,可对ARM进行产前诊断,对患儿术前评估、术后评估以及伴发畸形的显示具有优势,通过阐述近年来MRI检查在ARM诊治过程中的应用和前景,为ARM患儿的影像学检查和临床诊治提供参考。Congenital anorectal malformation(ARM)is a common congenital digestive tract malformation in newborns.It is a group of diseases with a wide spectrum of variations and complicated pathology.The examination of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is not radiation,and it can conduct imaging with multi-angle,and it’s resolution is high for soft tissue,and it can conduct prenatal diagnosis for ARM.It has significant advantages and effects on preoperative assessment,postoperative assessment and the display of associated malformations in children.This paper elaborated the application and prospect of MRI examination in the diagnosis and treatment of ARM in recent years,so as to provide reference for imaging examination,clinical diagnosis and treatment of ARM sick children.
