摘  要:根据朗伯比尔定律分析单能射线和连续射线的CT影像差异,阐述CT射线硬化效应的形成机制,从硬件和软件两方面介绍射线硬化校正的典型方法和基本原理。由于硬化伪影产生的原因不同,对比不同影像扫描方式下的差异性,区分出硬件及软件故障。通过结合典型硬化伪影案例提出故障分析和处理措施,以提高临床影像工程师图像伪影的辨别能力和分析能力,确保CT设备的临床运行质量。Based on Lambert Beer's law,the difference of CT images between monoenergetic ray and continuous ray was analyzed,and the formation mechanism of CT ray hardening effect was expounded.The typical methods and basic principles of ray hardening correction were introduced from hardware and software.Because of the different causes of hardening artifact,the hardware and software faults could be distinguished by comparing the difference of different scanning modes.By combining the typical cases of hardening artifact,the failure analysis and treatment measures were proposed to improve the ability of clinical imaging engineers to distinguish and analyze the image artifact and ensure the clinical operation quality of CT equipment.
