摘  要:随着社会经济的发展、人们生活质量的提高,心血管疾病成为主要的疾病死亡原因。近年来,心肌缺血的发病率和患病率仍然处于上升状态,受到了国家与人民的重视。心肌缺血易并发心率失常、心力衰竭等,如果不能得到及时的干预性治疗,不仅会降低患者的生活质量,甚至会因心源性休克危及患者生命。通过影像学检查,配合病理生理学角度将心肌缺血进行分类,选择适合该心肌缺血的最佳治疗手段,是遵从“精准医疗”理念的最佳方案。心肌缺血分为可逆性心肌缺血(即心肌顿抑、心肌冬眠)和不可逆性心肌缺血(即瘢痕心肌)。本文主要对临床常用于诊断发生在心肌梗死中的存活心肌中较为经典的影像学方法展开综述。With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's quality of life,cardiovascular disease has become the main cause of death.In recent years,the incidence and prevalence of myocardial ischemia are still on the rise,which has attracted the attention of the country and the people.Myocardial ischemia is easy to be complicated with arrhythmia and heart failure,etc.If the intervention treatment is not timely,it will not only reduce the quality of life of patients,and even endanger patients'lives due to cardiogenic shock.Classification of myocardial ischemia through imaging examination and pathophysiology,and selection of the best treatment for this myocardial ischemia are the best plans in accordance with the concept of"precision medicine".Myocardial ischemia is divided into reversible ischemia(myocardial depression,myocardial hibernation)and irreversible ischemia(scar myocardium).This article reviews the classical imaging methods that are commonly used to diagnose viable myocardium in myocardial infarction.
