摘　　要：我国电力资源与消费总体呈东、西错位分布,“西电东送”是我国的重要战略。随着我国电力市场建设的加快推进,特别是在构建全国统一电力市场的目标下,研究完善我国跨省跨区电力交易模式具有重要意义。本文结合国内跨省跨区交易的实践,重点分析了我国跨区电力交易存在的主要问题,并展开原因分析,提出进一步强化省级市场建设、有序探索金融性合约在跨区交易中的应用,研究区域辅助服务和中长期容量市场建设。China's power resources and consumption are generally staggered in east-west distribution,and west-east power transmission is an important strategy for China.With the accelerated construction of China's electricity market,especially under the goal of building a national unified electricity market,it is of great significance to study and improve China's cross-provincial and cross-regional electricity trading model.This paper combines the practice of domestic cross-provincial and cross-regional trading,focusing on the analysis of the main problems of China's cross-regional power trading,and carries out the analysis of the causes and makes suggestions:further strengthening the construction of provincial markets;orderly exploring the application of financial contracts in cross-region trading;and studying the construction of regional auxiliary services and medium-and long-term capacity markets.
