摘　　要：文章以电力勘测设计行业企业数字档案馆为例,首先对评估的意义进行分析,然后从建设方案、系统功能建设、数字档案资源建设、保障体系建设四方面构建企业数字档案馆评估框架,并通过概述与分析一家电力勘测设计院数字档案馆评估内容,展现当前企业数字档案馆评估中存在的问题,最后在此基础上提出优化企业数字档案馆评估工作的改进建议。Taking the enterprise digital archives of electric power survey and design industry as an example, this paper first analyzes the significance of evaluation, then constructs the evaluation framework of enterprise digital archives from four aspects: construction scheme, system function construction, digital archives resources construction and guarantee system construction. By summarizing and analyzing the evaluation content of a digital archive of electric power survey and design institute, this paper shows the problems existing in the current evaluation of enterprise digital archives, and finally puts forward some improvement suggestions to optimize the evaluation of enterprise digital archives.
