摘　　要：对我国档案利用中行政救济实施的两个案例进行了研究和分析,指出行政复议和行政诉讼是档案行政救济的主要途径,档案界应该思考如何在档案行政救济过程中发挥良好作用、完善有关措施,提高档案利用服务水平和效率并降低国家行政成本。This paper studies and analyzes two cases of administrative relief in the archives utilization in China and points out that administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation are the main ways of archives administrative relief. The archives circle should think about how to play a good role in the process of archives administrative relief and improve relevant measures, so as to improve the service level and efficiency of archives utilization and reduce the national administrative cost.
