摘　　要：为研究邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)90 d灌胃对雄性大鼠体重、摄食、血清生化和脏器重量的影响,将大鼠分为5组,即空白对照组(蒸馏水)、溶剂对照组(花生油10 mL/kg)、DBP低剂量组(50 mg/kg)、DBP中剂量组(200 mg/kg)和DBP高剂量组(1000 mg/kg),每组30只,分别灌胃相应溶液,试验期间于第30天、第60天和第90天测量体质量和摄食量后麻醉处死大鼠(每组每次10只),解剖后称量主要脏器,并于第90天取血测定血液生化指标.结果表明雄性大鼠灌胃给予DBP 90 d,低、中、高剂量均可引起动物自主和中枢系统的毒性反应.高剂量DBP可引起大鼠体质量、摄食、睾丸质量(及其系数)和附睾质量(及其系数)降低;同时,高剂量DBP还会使大鼠碱性磷酸酶和肌酐水平升高,天门冬氨酸转氨酶、总胆红素、肌酸磷酸激酶、甘油三酯和总胆固醇水平降低.总之,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯以1000 mg/kg剂量连续90 d给予雄性大鼠,主要表现出对肝、肾和生殖器官方面的毒性作用.The effects of dibutyl phthalate intragastric administration for 90 days on body weight,feeding,serum biochemistry and organ weight of male rats were studied.Male rats were divided into 5 groups,including blank control group(distilled water),solvent control group(peanut oil 10 mL/kg),DBP low-dose group(50 mg/kg),DBP medium-dose group(200 mg/kg)and DBP high-dose group(1000 mg/kg),with 30 rats in each group.During the experiment,the weight of the rats and the food intake was measured at 30,60 d and 90 d,and the rats were sacrificed(10 rats in each group).After dissection,the main organs were weighed,and blood was collected at 90 d to detected the blood biochemical indexes.Results showed that low,medium and high dose of DBP could induce autonomic and central system toxicity.High dose of DBP can also cause the decrease of body weight,feeding,testicular weight(and its coefficient)and epididymis weight(and its coefficient).Furthermore,ALP and CRE are increased,while AST,TBIL,CK,TG and TC are decreased in DBP high-dose group.In conclusion,male rats were given DBP at 1000 mg/kg for 90 days,mainly showing toxic effects on liver,kidney and genitalia.
