摘  要:以茶叶渣栽培双孢蘑菇,综合评价茶叶渣栽培双孢蘑菇的菌丝生长情况、产量、农艺性状、经济效益。结果表明,添加20%~60%茶叶渣的配方菌丝生长旺盛,浓密洁白,满床时间比CK推迟,差异不显著,子实体质量好,圆整肥厚。添加量在40%时,产量比CK略高,但差异不显著;添加过多或过少的茶叶渣都会导致产量降低,添加量在40%以内,与CK产量差异不显著,添加量超过60%时,产量显著降低。添加80%茶叶渣菌丝生长稀疏,满床时间最晚,菇体偏小,菇柄长,菌盖偏薄。添加适量茶叶渣后,栽培效益大幅度提高,配方3即稻草配方中添加40%的茶叶渣,表现出菌丝长速快、长势强、产量高、商品性状好、利润最高,比CK提高14.626元/m^(2)。因此,双孢蘑菇生产中,配方3可大面积推广使用,具体配方为每平方米添加茶叶渣20 kg、稻草20 kg、麸皮8 kg、过磷酸钙1.5 kg、石灰0.5 kg。In this study, Agaricus bisporus was cultivated with tea residue, and the mycelial growth, yield, agronomic characters and economic benefits of Agaricus bisporus cultivated with tea residue were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the mycelium grew vigorously of formula with 20%~60% tea residue, the mycelium was dense and white, the full bed time was later than CK, the difference was not significant, the quality of fruiting body was good, round and fat. When the addition amount was 40%, the yield was slightly higher than CK, and the difference was not significant. Adding too much or too little tea residue results in the yield reduction. The addition amount of tea residue was within 40%, and the difference was not significant with CK. When the addition amount was more than 60%, the yield was significantly different with CK. The growth of mycelium with 80% tea residue was sparse and the time of full bed was the latest, which was significantly different from CK. When proper quantity tea residue was added, the cultivation benefit was greatly improved. The highest profit of formula 3 was 14.626 yuan/m^(2) higher than CK. In Formula 3, 40% tea residue was added to the rice straw formula, which showed that the mycelium grew fast and strong with high yield, had good commercial properties and the highest profit.Therefore, formula 3 can be widely used in the production of Agaricus bisporus. The formula per square meter was 20 kg tea residue, 20 kg rice straw, 8 kg bran, 1.5 kg superphosphate and 0.5 kg lime.
