摘 要:铁线莲是一种优质的藤本花卉,但大多品种不耐高温。以10个铁线莲(Clematis)品种为试验材料,分析不同品种植株形态和生理特性对高温胁迫的响应,为华南地区铁线莲的园林应用以及耐热机理的研究提供参考。检测高温胁迫下39/28℃(昼/夜)铁线莲的热害指数和抗氧化酶(POD、SOD、CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)以及游离脯氨酸(Pro)的含量,采用相关性分析、隶属函数和聚类分析法评价耐热性。结果表明:(1)不同品种受热害程度不一样,其中紫色旋律热害现象严重,热害指数为100%,而啤酒无热害表现;(2)高温胁迫后(39/28℃),10个铁线莲品种的5个生理指标均高于对照组(25/18℃),且不同品种间差异显著,丙二醛(MDA)含量增幅较小,且抗氧化酶活性和Pro含量增幅较大的品种,其耐热能力显著强于其他品种;(3)热害指数与抗氧化酶活性和Pro含量呈显著负相关(p<0.05),与MDA含量呈极显著正相关(p<0.01);(4)隶属函数结和聚类分析显示,10个铁线莲品种的耐高温能力可分为3类,啤酒、蓝光和乌托邦耐高温品种;前卫、朱莉、青磁和紫玲铛为中度耐高温;红马丁铃铛、伯德和紫色旋律为不耐高温品种。综上所述,热害指数与CAT、MDA以及Pro相关性较强,隶属函数值和聚类分析结果与耐热结果基本一致,因此,可用于铁线莲耐热性综合评价。筛选出的耐热品种啤酒、蓝光和乌托邦,可用于新品种培育及在华南地区推广应用。Clematis is a high-quality ornamental vines, but most varieties are not resistant to high temperature. In this study,10 Clematis cultivars were used to analyze the characterizations of plant morphology and physiology under the heat stress, the results can offer a useful reference for the garden application and heat stress mechanism of Clematis in south China. The heat damage index and the contents of antioxidant enzyme(POD SOD CAT), malondialdehyde(MDA) and free proline(Pro) were measured under heat stress(39/28℃). Correlation analysis, membership function and cluster method were used to evaluate heat resistant. The results showed that:(1) Different degrees of heat damage had happened among each varieties, ‘Purple melody’ had serious heat damage, with a heat damage index of 100%, while ‘BIJou Evipo030’ had no heat damage.(2) After high temperature stress(39/28℃), the physiological indicators of the 10 Clematis cultivars were higher than those in the control group(25/18℃), and the differences in each cultivars were significant. Varieties with small increases content of MDA and large increases in antioxidant enzyme activity and Pro content were significantly more heat tolerant than other varieties.(3)Correlation analysis showed that heat damage index was negatively correlated with antioxidant enzyme activity and Pro content(p<0.05), and was significantly positively correlated with MDA content(p<0.01).(4) Membership function and cluster analysis shows that the heat stress of 10 Clematis could be divided into three categories: ‘BIJou Evipo030’, ‘Blue light’ and ‘Utopia’ were heat-resistant varieties;‘Avant Garde Evipo033’, ‘Juuli’, ‘Green magnetism‘ and ‘Roguchi’ were moderately heat-resistant varieties;‘Red martin bells’, ‘Byrd’ and ‘Purple melody’ were heat-sensitively varieties.
