摘　　要：培育国家战略科技力量是解决我国“卡脖子”技术难题,实现科技自立自强,建立现代科技创新体系的关键路径。文章分析了江苏省战略科技力量建设现状,研究了军民科技协同创新平台建设对培育国家战略科技力量的借鉴意义并提出了对策建议。Cultivating the national strategic science and technology power is the key path to solve the bottleneck technology problems,and to achieve China’s scientific and technological independence, and to establish a modern scientific and technological innovation system. This paper analyzes the current situation of the national strategic science and technology power in Jiangsu province, studies the reference significance of the construction of the military-civilian scientific and technological collaborative innovation platform for cultivating national strategic science and technology power and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
